Blog

We plan to keep you updated on our activities through our blog posts.

These will be available on our socials too (links in header). Please follow us.
This will include quarterly newsletters alongside more general updates when something is going on. Such as when we run a new class or do any other challenges, like the push up challenge we did this summer.
If you have any questions on what we are doing please comment below and we’ll endeavor to get a post written to answer your question.
Feel free to ask us anything, from what evidence we reference in our funding applications to whether we think deadlifts are beneficial for Capoeira.
If you want more challenges or suggestions for workouts, we’re happy to make those too.

If you’re keen to know what we’re up to please subscribe.
