If you have any questions on what we are doing please comment below and we’ll endeavor to get a post written to answer your question.
Feel free to ask us anything, from what evidence we reference in our funding applications to whether we think deadlifts are beneficial for Capoeira.
If you want more challenges or suggestions for workouts, we’re happy to make those too.
