Scorpion push ups.
The intention with this weeks push up is start building up to push arms where the weight is focused on one arm.
It’s still the same structure, 1 set of maximum reps But start on your weaker side max that arm out then do the same number on the other side.

Option for building strength to do the full move are much the same as before.
You can start on the wall. You’re leaning over your elbow and bringing it into your abdomen and touching it to your pelvis.
I’ve shown it with one arm just demonstrate that this push up is focusing the weight on one side.
I’m looking at the camera on purpose… This is where you want your head to go to prepare you for the full move.
Progressing to a bench, step or whatever else. This is the arm rest of my sofa.
As it’s got heavier I need the other hand down for balance
Between this and the one below you can do a push up like this on the floor just keeping your feet in the same place.


This is the scorpion push up (or Escorpião).
I’m more or less looking at where the foot goes and using the momentum of the foot to help me push up.
