Push Up Challenge

We’re running this push up challenge to help us raise awareness of Move Free CIC and to help us raise some funds.
This funding will help us teach classes to marginalized populations in Bristol, with the aim of creating opportunities for people to build connections and experience the joys and benefits of the sport we are so passionate about.

The Challenge

4 weeks of push ups, 4 variations (I know there is only 3 above), One variation a week.
Every day complete 1 set to failure*.

*Failure being whatever the maximum number of reps you can do is.

I’ll be recording mine and putting them on our socials, with our Just Giving link.
It’d be fantastic if you could do the same.

Each week I’ll make a blog post with different difficulty options so everyone participate.

Week One is the Pike Push Up.
Week Two is the scorpion push up
